Currys

A curry is always a mixture of spices.
In India, every family makes their own curry. There is no classic recipe for a curry. This explains why curries from different providers taste different despite the same name (e.g. English curry). Once you have eaten a special curry and do not know the manufacturer, it is almost impossible to find another curry with the same recipe.
Our currys range from classic mild to hearty and spicy. It should be said that the sharpness is tolerable for Europeans. If you want it spicier add chili.
