Incredibly spicy curry mix based on red chillies with moderate heat.
Classically used for coconut milk-based Thai sauces or simply for vegetable pans and meat dishes. At will!
Note: The hotness of our Thai currys are set up for Europeans. If you want it to be really hot, just add chillies.
Spice preparation
Ingredients: chillies, dextrose, bell pepper, curcuma, coriander, garlic, iodized salt, ginger, fenugreek, cumin, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, fennel.
Note for allergy sufferers: This product is bottled in a facility that also processes seeds, cereals and dried fruit. Therefore, traces of gluten, soy, mustard, celery, sesame and sulfur can be included.
Store cool, dry, dark and airtight. Always remove in portions with a clean spoon.
Preparation of coconut milk sauce: Stir 1-2 teaspoons of red thai curry into 250 ml of coconut milk, add a little salt, bring to the boil briefly. Finished. Red (hot), green (spicy) or yellow (mild) sauce are served with a classic Thai curry. The red hot variant is prepared with the red Thai curry. You make the green (medium hot) sauce with our green Thai curry and the yellow with our gold curry.
Serve the sauce with: Soft-boiled jasmine rice and vegetables quickly fried with cashew nuts and / or scampi or chicken.
