Tandoori Masala RED INDIA Indian spice preparation
Note for allergy sufferers: Contains mustard and celery.
Chicken with Tandoori Masala Red India or our Indian oven spice or Garam Masala
Make the marinade from: Tandoori Masala Red India and oil (possibly add pepper and salt).
Brush the chicken legs vigorously with the marinade.
Halve the potatoes with the skin so that the halves can be placed on the tin with the chicken like little hats.
Brush with the tandoori marinade as well.
At 200 ° C approx. 45 min. bake in the oven.
Serve with yogurt as a dip. Enjoy your Tandoori Chicken!
