1 million scoville !! The former record holder from India Bhut Jolokia always reliably reaches 1 million Scoville. Names like ghostpepper or nagachili are often used for the Bhut Jolokia. They all mean the same: hotness from hell !!!
Most Tabasco sauces contain a maximum of 5,000 Scoville for comparison! We recommend the consumption only to people with experience in sharpness. Feel for the appropriate dose starting with the tip of a sharp knife! And please note the enclosed warning which is printed here again!
