Cumin has been used as a spice around 3000 years ago. In the Middle Ages, cumin was mainly cultivated in Europe for medicinal purposes. As a spice, it became increasingly important in our latitudes.
Cumin is said to make food more digestible. Cumin has a slightly sweet note and should not be overdosed, otherwise its taste will stand out.
Ingredients: Cumin ground.
Note for allergy sufferers: This product is bottled in a facility that also processes seeds, cereals and dried fruit. Therefore, traces of gluten, soy, mustard, celery, sesame and sulfur can be included.
Store cold, dry, dark and airtight.
