Tandoor is the Indian word for stove. Indian oven spices or tandooris are traditionally used for everything oven-baked and quick-fried. They give the dishes a beautiful color and wonderful roasted aromas.
Traditionally, chickens and potatoes are often prepared in the tandoor - but grill cheeses and tofu dishes can also be seasoned well. Grilled vegetables have an exotic touch.
Preparation: Simply stir in the Indian oven spice, salt and pepper or chilli in cooking oil and brush the dishes generously. Bake in the oven or fry.
Delicious with fresh yoghurt and flatbread.

Spice mixture
Ingredients: cardamon, tomato, bell pepper, cumin, garlic, coriander, pepper, fenugreek seed, ginger, chilli, cloves, nutmeg.
Note for allergy sufferers: This product is bottled in a facility that also processes seeds, cereals and dried fruit. Therefore, traces of gluten, soy, mustard, celery, sesame and sulfur can be included.
Store cool, dry, dark and airtight. Always remove in portions with a clean spoon.
